Micro - Our Winged Guide
Much of this retreat has been quietly guided by Micro, the wild crow who appeared one day and began teaching us to see differently. He reminds us to listen before moving, to find rhythm in what is, and to trust that presence itself can be enough.
When life feels too heavy, we remember his favorite line: "When you're dragging ten trainloads full of crap up a hill... watch crows."
Through him, this retreat found its compass - one of awareness, patience, and the quiet companionship of the natural world.

This retreat was founded by a small collective led by a psychologist and wellness coach who wanted to bring together the science of well-being and the quiet wisdom of nature. What began as a simple practice of listening — to the wind, to the tides, to one another — has become a living space for renewal.
Here, presence matters more than performance. The rhythm of the retreat is guided as much by the ocean and the crows as by those who welcome you. Together, they invite you to rest, recalibrate, and remember what it feels like to belong — to yourself and to the world around you.
